Why OnlyCrete exists
After more than a decade pouring house slabs for builders across South East Queensland, Reece set up OnlyCrete Concreting in early 2026 to run jobs the way he thinks they should run: one person responsible from the quote to the finished slab.
Most of the work is slab packages for builders in the Gold Coast, Logan and Ipswich estates: piers, pods, steel, termite systems, inspections and the pour, lot after lot, on the builder's program. The rest is driveways, shed slabs and outdoor concrete for homeowners who want a licensed concreter rather than the cheapest quote.
What you can expect
- Reece quotes the job himself, off the engineering, and the price includes pump, steel and inspections.
- He is on site for set-out and for every pour.
- Inspections are booked by OnlyCrete and the pour waits for sign-off.
- Paperwork (inspection sign-offs, termite certificates) arrives with the invoice.
