Slab packages for builders
One sub, one per-lot price, one person accountable. OnlyCrete runs house slab packages for volume and custom builders across the northern Gold Coast, Logan and Ipswich estates, and the inspection paperwork arrives with the invoice.
What a lot includes
Priced per lot off the slab plan and soil report, so your estimator works from one number. Variations are itemised, not buried.
- SlabSet-out, excavation, formwork, pods or beams, steel and pour to the engineer's drawing. Waffle pod, raft, Hebel and lightweight systems, M through E class.
- Footings450 mm bored piers, strip footings, thickening beams, internal beams, step-downs, drop edge beams and bathroom recesses as drawn.
- TermitePerimeter and penetration system installed with the slab. Certificate supplied for your handover file.
- InspectionsPier and pre-pour inspections booked with your certifier by us. Concrete is not ordered until the hold point is signed off.
- Pump and plantConcrete pump and machine hire allowed for in the lot price, so there are no day-of surprises.
- ExtrasHWS pads, SL92 mesh upgrades, E class extra-over labour and additional piers quoted as separate lines you can see.

Set-out and excavation
Boundary and slab set-out off your survey, piers bored, beams trenched, pods placed.
Pier inspection
Certifier signs off pier depth and founding. We book it; you get the sign-off.
Pre-pour inspection
Steel, cover, penetrations and termite system checked before concrete is ordered.
Pour and handover
Pumped, placed, finished and cured. Inspection records and termite certificate sent with the invoice.

Send these and the per-lot price comes back without a site visit.
- Engineer's slab and footing plan
- Soil report (site classification)
- Site cut and pad level confirmation
- Services locations (sewer, stormwater, water, power)
- Programme date and your purchase order format
